DCU Studentpad Landlords

Many thanks for offering your accommodation to DCU students/staff. Due to the many scams operating on various sites we are endeavouring to keep our site scam free. To that end we would ask that you forward a copy or screen shot of the following:
1. Utilities bill or similar, (in your name for the property advertised)
  And
2. A Drivers Licence /Passport/formal photo identification.
These will be kept for a maximum of a month and then shredded as they are for the sole purpose of providing the authenticity of the landlord.
